What is an AI credit?
One credit is one AI generation. Recording hours and transcription minutes are metered separately, so credits only cover the "thinking" work:

- Note template generation & regeneration
- Task and Gantt creation from meeting context
- Auto-update recommendations
Fair-use limits
Allowances reset on the first of each month. When an allowance runs out, that AI feature pauses until the next cycle — the rest of KlayPod keeps working, and nothing is ever billed without you asking. Need more hours or credits? Email us and we'll top up your workspace.
Need to go beyond your plan? Top-ups are billed at $1.00 per extra meeting hour, $1.20 per extra audio note hour, $0.02 per extra AI credit, $1.00 per 100 extra WhatsApp voice notes, and $0.50 per 100 extra WhatsApp task alerts. You can see your live usage anytime in Settings → Subscription.
How billing works
We don't run an online checkout. Email us with the number of seats you need and we'll agree on pricing, invoice you directly, and switch your plan on from our side — usually within one business day.
